Amanda packs and posts every order herself — this is a small-batch label, not a warehouse. You get an email with a tracking number the moment your parcel is posted.
Returns & exchanges
- Pieces come back unworn, unwashed, with tags on — activewear is worn against the skin, and that is the only way a return can be resold.
- Swapping a size is the most common thing anyone asks for. Message first and Amanda will hold the size you want where she can.
- Return postage is arranged in the DM, so nothing is posted to the wrong place.
Contact
Instagram DM is the channel. It is where Amanda actually answers, usually the same day.
There is no phone line and no support inbox — a one-person label with a working DM beats a contact form nobody reads. If you have an order, send the order number with your message and she can pull it up straight away.
Who you are buying from
FitGlam is Amanda Batista's label, designed in South Florida and cut in limited runs. Every piece in the first drop was photographed on her, in the gym she trains in — no stock model and no borrowed studio.
